Central Bank & Trust continues to grow its Denver team with the hiring of Greg Bianchi as Senior Vice President, SBA Division. Greg brings more than 15 years of experience in banking to the team, ranging from commercial and industrial loans to SBA loans. In the course of his career, he has helped many business owners at various stages of their business cycles to secure their financing needs.
With his extensive background in SBA 7a and SBA 504 loans, he’s provided a wide variety of customers with owner-user commercial real estate loans (ground-up construction, renovation, acquisition and expansion), business acquisition and partner buyout financing, equipment & commercial debt refinancing as well as franchise and start-up financing.

Prior to joining Central Bank and Trust, Greg was a VP SBA Loan Officer at BBVA in Denver. Greg currently sits on the membership committee for Colorado Real Estate Women (CREW) and is an active member in DMCAR and CABI. He gives back to the community by volunteering with Junior Achievement and the Food Bank of the Rockies. Central Bank & Trust currently has a full-service branch in Colorado Springs as well as an LPO in the Denver Tech Center. The market expansion is expected to bring 25+ new jobs to the Denver market, once the Denver branch opens in early 2020.
