Can I access my credit card online?

Absolutely. You can manage your credit card online at www.MyCardStatement.com.

Once enrolled, you can:

  • Make payments
  • View statements, transactions and spending reports
  • Enroll in paperless statements
  • Set up account alerts
  • Dispute transactions
  • View your FICO® Score**

**FICO® Score is available at no additional cost to you and is updated monthly. FICO® Score is for personal credit cardholders only and is not available for businesses.

When will I receive statements?

A monthly statement will be mailed to you after each billing cycle.***

You can choose to receive paperless statements, once enrolled at www.MyCardStatement.com.

***If you have more than one credit card holder, a monthly statement will be issued for each cardholder. You can request a consolidated statement at any time.

What is SecurLOCK?

SecurLOCK is a tool included with your Central Bank & Trust credit card that can send alerts directly to your mobile phone number via text message or email about potential fraudulent transactions on your credit card.

In order to receive alerts, you must link an active mobile phone number to your credit card.
